- Take I-95 South to its end where it becomes U.S.1 (also known as So. Dixie Highway).
- Stay on So. Dixie Highway to SW 88th Street (also known as North Kendall Drive).
- Continue past N. Kendall Drive ¼ mile to Datran Blvd. You will see Metro Bank on the corner.
- Turn right onto Datran Blvd and pass through the "tunnel" under the MetroRail tracks.
- Turn left after the tunnel onto So. Dadeland Blvd. Proceed approximately 150 yards to the small traffic circle. The circle contains a large sign with a diagram of the location of the 9200, 9300, 9400 and 9500 buildings of Dadeland Towers. Proceed halfway around the circle towards the 9500 Building, which is the last building in line.
Parking: Parking may be available on the surface parking lots. If not, there is free valet parking provided by our building. The valet is located on the north side of the 9400 Building, between 9400 and 9300 S. Dadeland Blvd.
Estimated Driving Time: Approximately 20 minutes from the beginning of So. Dixie Highway without unusual traffic delays.

- Go to Kendall Drive where it meets 826 (the Palmetto Expressway).
- Go East on Kendall Drive approx. ¼ mile past the Palmetto Expressly to Dadeland Blvd, which is across from Dadeland Mall.
- Turn Right onto Dadeland Blvd and go to the first right, just before the Marriott Hotel. Turn Right, get into the Right Lane, and go to the traffic light in front of a tall Yellow Building which is numbered 9155. (Publix will be on your right.) Bear left in front of the tall yellow building onto So. Dadeland Blvd (but do not make a sharp left turn which goes to Dixie Highway). Continue under the overpass and you will come to a small rotary at the beginning of The Dadeland Towers office park. My building is the last one. There is free surface parking, but if that is filled, there is free valet Parking in front of the 9400 building.
