PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT:
Self-employed since 1984 after nearly 4 years in private practice at two South Florida law firms.
Emphasis on condominium law, real estate and commercial litigation, representing condominium associations, condominium developers, unit owners, home owners and homeowner associations in all aspects of condominium law and homeowner association law.
Represents the interests of businesses and individuals in various aspects of business and real estate law.
Career Highlight to Date-
Successfully argued in The Florida Supreme Court on behalf of the Appellant in Nodar vs. Galbreath, a slander action filed by a public high school teacher against her student's parent for critical comments he made about the teacher at a public meeting of the Broward County School Board. The Supreme Court's lengthy opinion has had significant implications for "first amendment" cases since 1984.

Coral Gables Bar Association - member of the Board of Directors from 1988 to 1995, served as President from 1992-1993

Chairman of 1992 and 1993 Dade County Super Cities Walk for Multiple Sclerosis.
